	CAFA message to parents

CAFA Parents,

With recent modifications made by the District #112 Board of Education regarding high school attendance boundaries, there has been some apparent confusion on behalf of some of our parents as to whether CAFA will continue to be open to all interested football players, regardless of which city community they live in. The answer is “YES.” By all means, all football players who have previously been eligible and interested in playing football with CAFA are still welcome to play football. Nothing has changed for CAFA. We are still welcoming registrations from last year’s CAFA participants and will take all new-comers in grades 3-8 that wish to play football. Please help us pass this word on to anyone you know that has a child interested in playing football this fall. We welcome all participants. Again, the recent conversations about school district attendance areas have had no impact on how CAFA will operate. CAFA remains the only 3-8 grade youth football program that serves the communities of Carver, Chanhassen, Chaska, East Union and Victoria. River City Days Parade

CAFA will be participating in the Chaska River City Days Parade. The parade is on July 27th at 1:00 p.m. We will be meeting in the staging area (Carver County Courthouse Parking Lot) at 12:00 p.m. to finish decorating the trailer. As before, we are looking for a large group of CAFA players to participate in the parade.

Kids who would like to be in the parade, wear your CAFA Jersey and meet us at 12:00 p.m. If you don't have a jersey, we will have some for you to wear.

2008 Football Registration

Don’t miss the action and the fun!

Attention all 3^rd, 4^th, 5^th, 6^th, 7^th and 8^th Grade Families

Its time for the Chaska Area Football Association registration for the 2008 Season!
Early registration ends June 15th, 2008.

Early Registration for 3^rd Grade is $120

(3^rd Grade Registration after June 15^th, 2008 will be $145.)

Early Registration for 4^th, 5^th, 6^th, 7^th & 8^th Grade Football League is $175.00

(4^th– 8^th Grade Registration after June 15^th, 2008 will be $215.)

Note that there is a family discount of $50.00 for the second player and each player thereafter. Financial assistance is available. For information relating to this,

at (952-210-7582). A full refund will be granted if made in writing to CAFA
by August 1, 2008. No refunds will be made after August 1, 2008.
